• Occupancy: Occupancy is limited to two (2) persons per bedroom.
• Smoking: All of our properties are strictly 100% Non-Smoking. This includes tobacco and marijuana.
• Lease Terms: Most leases are for a one-year term. Month-to-month options are generally not available at move-in.
• Utilities: Tenants are responsible for setting up and paying for all utilities, including water, sewer, garbage, electricity, and gas, unless the lease states otherwise.
