Application Fee: There is a $45.00 non-refundable processing fee for each application. This must be paid in cash or money order. No personal checks are accepted for application fees.

Reservation Deposit: To take a property off the market, a reservation deposit equal to one full month's rent is required. This deposit will be applied toward your security deposit upon move-in.

Pet Fees: If a property allows pets, there is a $300.00 non-refundable pet fee per approved pet. Please check specific listings for pet policies.
