My name is Howard Adams, I’ve been a Property Manager in the Bellingham/Whatcom County area for over 40 years. I opened Adams Property Management in May of 1993 and my wife Carolin now helps me run the office. In my years as a property manager I’ve gotten to know many of the venders around the area who do repairs that would be needed by a rental house or apartment so when these things occur it can be taken care of quickly which keeps tenants happy.

Adams Property Management collects rents, screens prospective tenants, sends financial statements to owners once a month, has repairs done when needed, does drive-byes at least once a month, if the owner wants we will do quarterly inside inspections and basically anything else the owner wants done as long as it falls within the Landlord Tenant Act of Washington State.
