We are a professional property management service in Bellingham, WA.  We have over 29 year's experience in maintaining and managing apartment units, single family residential homes, condos and commercial properties.

Adams Property Management has a full staff of Property Management specialists, who handle everything from property upkeep, tenant screening, rent collection and billing. Come to Adams Property Management and experience a quality of service we are proud of. Applications are required by all prospective tenants to any of our available rentals. All applications do have a $40.00 non-refundable processing fee. No prospective tenants will be accepted without applications being processed and approved. No applications will be processed until the $40.00 processing fee is paid.

If our tenants are not going to extend their lease, they have to let us know by the 10th of the month. As soon as we get in writing they are not extending, we put it on our web page.

I-5 North bound take the Lakeway Drive exit, at the stop sign you are on King Street, directly across King Street from you is a white building (the Bergsma Art Gallery) Adams Property Management is in the brick building immediately to the right of the Bergsma Gallery.

I-5 South bound, take the Lakeway Drive exit, make a left at the stop sign, go under the freeway to the first stop light (this is King Street), make a left here, 1334 King Street is the 4th building on your right.
