My name is Howard Adams, and I have been a property manager in the Bellingham/Whatcom County area for over 35 years. I opened Adams Property Management in May of 1993. My son Chad now works in the office as a property manager as well. In my years as a property manager, I have gotten to know many of the vendors around the area who do repairs that would be needed by a rental house or apartment. When these things occur, they can be taken care of quickly, which keeps tenants happy.
Adams Property Management collects rent, screens prospective tenants, sends financial statements to owners once a month, has repairs done when needed, does drive-byes at least once a month, if the owner wants, we will do quarterly inside inspections, and basically anything else the owner wants done as long as it falls within the Landlord Tenant Act of Washington State.
